Improper input handling in LORIS 20.0.0 through 27.0.2 and 28.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to forge email links. The FileUpload.php notification paths pass the POST-supplied baseURL into notify(), which concatenates it into the URL rendered in publication email templates. Exploitation requires publication-module access and a recipient to follow the forged link; the destination can be an attacker-controlled external domain.
