Authenticated SQL injection via id_memorando interpolation

SQL injection in LabReDeS WeGIA before 3.6.9 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL via id_memorando. DespachoControle::listarTodos extracts the request value without validation, and DespachoDAO::listarTodos interpolates it into two raw queries. Access to the memorando module is sufficient to read, modify, or delete database records without further user interaction.
