Unauthenticated arbitrary file write via unsanitized PUT path

Path traversal in goshs before 2.0.0-beta.3 allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files via unauthenticated HTTP PUT requests. The put handler in httpserver/updown.go concatenates the raw req.URL.Path with UploadFolder and passes the result to os.Create without cleaning the path or enforcing webroot containment. The default configuration requires no flags or authentication, so encoded parent-directory segments can overwrite any file writable by the goshs process.
