Local denial of service via device-node stream reads

Improper device handling in uutils coreutils before 0.7.0 allows local users to exhaust disk space through recursive cp operations. The cp path classifies character and block device nodes as streams through is_stream(), reading their bytes into regular destination files instead of recreating nodes with mknod. Exploitation requires a recursive copy of a tree containing device nodes; unbounded devices can consume disk space or hang the copying process.
