False success via overwritten recursive chmod result

Incorrect return-value handling in uutils coreutils before 0.6.0 allows local users to mask failed recursive chmod operations. In Chmoder::chmod(), the recursive branch overwrites the running result with each walk_dir_with_context result instead of accumulating failures. A low-privileged local user who can influence a multi-target chmod -R invocation can make a later success hide an earlier permissions error, causing dependent scripts to continue while affected file permissions remain unchanged.
