Improper access control in Oracle Virtual Directory 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to take over the server via LDAP. Oracle has not published the flawed LDAP request, handler, or access-control operation that permits the compromise. No credentials or user interaction are required, and successful exploitation gives control of the directory service, including its data and availability.
