Privilege management flaw in Oracle WebLogic Server 14.1.2.0.0 and 15.1.1.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to take over the server via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Console and has not disclosed the incorrect privilege operation or request-handling behavior. Exploitation requires high privileges, and Oracle does not disclose the additional conditions that make exploitation difficult.
