Missing authentication in Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.61 and 8.62 allows remote attackers to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the affected request handler or the operation that omits authentication in the Deployment Package component. No credentials or user interaction are required; successful exploitation exposes all accessible data and permits updates, inserts, or deletions to some data.
