Improper access control in Oracle Identity Manager 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.1.0 allows remote attackers to modify identity data via HTTP. Oracle identifies REST WebServices as the affected component but has not disclosed which request or authorization check mishandles untrusted input. No credentials or user interaction are required, and exploitation permits creation, deletion, or modification of critical or all accessible Identity Manager data.
