Code execution via unrestricted EDITOR environment variable

Code injection in Oracle Cloud Native Environment Command Line Interface 2.3.2 allows local users to execute arbitrary code. The CLI passes the EDITOR environment variable to its document-editing workflow without restricting the selected executable, so an attacker-controlled value launches arbitrary code. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and user interaction when an affected editing command invokes the configured editor, and the code runs with that user's privileges.
