Unauthorized file placement via unchecked session import path

Path traversal in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure CLI 3.77.0 allows context-dependent attackers to place imported session files outside the intended directory. The oci session import command accepted a destination outside ~/.oci/sessions/ and wrote imported files without enforcing that directory boundary. Exploitation requires a local import operation and user interaction; the disclosed consequence is unauthorized file placement, with no reported file-read capability.
