Privileged dtrace crash via unchecked ELF link

Out-of-bounds read in Oracle Linux 8, 9, and 10 dtrace allows local users to crash a privileged dtrace process via a crafted ELF file. The ELF parser uses an out-of-range sh_link value to index the allocated section cache without a bounds check, then reads and uses uninitialized heap data. Exploitation requires a low-privileged local user to supply the ELF object and a root-level dtrace invocation to attach to or instrument it; the grounded result is a dtrace crash, while further privileged-context exploitation remains unproven.
