Stored XSS via mismatched upload Content-Type

Stored XSS in Parse Server before 8.6.73 and 9.0.0 through 9.7.1-alpha.3 allows remote authenticated users to run browser script. FilesController.createFile accepts a user-supplied Content-Type ahead of the filename-derived MIME type and passes it to the storage adapter without checking that the extension agrees. Exploitation requires a non-GridFS adapter that persists and serves the supplied type and a user who opens the uploaded file, exposing that user's browser context to script execution.
