Authenticated code execution via unescaped SQL literals

Code injection in SQL code generation in Apache Flink 1.15.0 through 1.20.x and 2.0.0 through 2.x allows remote authenticated users to execute code. JSON code generation fails to escape row field names, while LIKE code generation embeds an unescaped ESCAPE literal in generated Java. Query-submission privileges and a crafted SQL statement are required, and injected expressions run on TaskManagers with the Flink process's access.
