Platform-wide skin changes via cross-site request forgery

Cross-site request forgery in AVideo 26.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to change the platform-wide player skin via a crafted POST. The admin/playerUpdate.json.php endpoint assigns the skin POST value directly without validating a CSRF token, while ignoreTableSecurityCheck() exempts the plugins table from the ORM origin check. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to visit attacker-controlled content; SameSite=None cookies attach the session, enabling unauthorized appearance changes and possible playback disruption.
