Authenticated command execution via unsanitized killsession input
Published Apr 20, 2026 · Updated Apr 20, 2026
OS command injection in affected Progress ADC appliances allows remote authenticated users with All permissions to execute arbitrary commands. The killsession command fails to sanitize API input before incorporating it into an operating system command, so attacker-supplied command text is executed. Exploitation requires an authenticated account assigned All permissions and grants command execution affecting appliance confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
