Unauthorized Graph API calls via unchecked endpoint
Published Apr 6, 2026 · Updated Apr 6, 2026
Missing authorization in AVideo 26.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to relay Facebook and Instagram Graph API calls. The SocialMediaPublisher publishInstagram.json.php endpoint passes attacker-controlled access tokens, container IDs, and account IDs directly to InstagramUploader::publishMediaIfIsReady() without checking login or administrative authorization. Network access alone reaches the endpoint; valid Graph credentials let requests publish, modify, or delete Instagram content through the server.
