Heap-memory disclosure and crash via unchecked bitstream length

Out-of-bounds read in openFPGALoader 1.1.1 and earlier allows attackers to disclose heap data or crash it via a crafted .bit file. BitParser::parseHeader() trusts the file's 16-bit big-endian length, advances pos_data without checking buffer bounds, then indexes the string at an attacker-controlled offset. A user must load the malicious file; no FPGA hardware is required, and the demonstrated consequences are heap-memory disclosure and a program crash.
