CVE-2026-3517

Authenticated code execution via customLocation system call

Published Apr 20, 2026 · Updated Apr 20, 2026

Command injection in Progress ADC products before 7.2.63.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands on the appliance. The addcountry handler passes the user-controlled customLocation parameter to a system call without validating or neutralizing shell metacharacters. Geo Administration permission is required, and successful exploitation runs code in the appliance context with control over appliance data and operation.
