Authenticated file disclosure via missing backend authorization

Incorrect authorization in ACElab LORIS 21.0.0 through 27.0.2 and 28.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to download restricted files. The document_repository download handler in modules/document_repository/php/files.class.inc serves a requested filename without verifying that the user belongs to the file's assigned site. A valid account and knowledge or brute-force discovery of a stored filename are required, exposing only files reachable through the affected repository endpoint.
