CVE-2026-35081Network attack vector

Authenticated process termination via unchecked ugw-logstop input

Published Jun 3, 2026 · Updated Jun 3, 2026

Improper input validation in MBS Universal Gateway firmware before 6_0_0_7 allows remote authenticated users to terminate arbitrary processes. The ugw-logstop method fails to constrain user-supplied input to an authorized target before invoking process-termination logic. A user-level web GUI session is required; exploitation can stop unrelated system processes and disrupt gateway operation without disclosing data.
