Authenticated file deletion via unvalidated restore paths

External control of file names in MBS Universal Gateway firmware before V6_0_0_7 allows remote authenticated users to delete local files. The ugw-restore method accepts a user-controlled file name or path without sufficient validation and uses it for deletion. User-level access to the gateway web interface is required, and selected local files can be removed without user interaction.
