Stored CSS injection via allowed style tags

Stored CSS injection in Tandoor Recipes before 2.6.4 allows remote authenticated users to persist arbitrary CSS in recipe instructions. The bleach.clean() tag allowlists in custom_tags.py and template_helper.py accept style elements, so the API stores and returns their CSS unchanged. Execution requires a client that renders instructions_markdown as HTML; the default Vue frontend strips style tags, while affected clients permit UI redressing and CSS-based data disclosure.
