Cloud build RCE via unquoted system packages

OS command injection in BentoML before 1.4.38 allows context-dependent attackers to execute commands on cloud build infrastructure. The _build_setup_script function joins docker.system_packages values from bentofile.yaml into an apt-get command without shell quoting before uploading setup.sh. Exploitation requires a victim to deploy a malicious Bento, or a user with deployment access to supply the value, and grants command execution on the build node.
