Arbitrary file read via ffmpeg argument injection

Argument injection in Jellyfin before 10.11.7 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through a crafted stream request. ParseStreamOptions in StreamingHelpers.cs accepts any lowercase query parameter without validation and appends attacker-controlled values to the ffmpeg command line. The stream endpoint requires no authorization, but exploitation depends on a pseudorandom item GUID normally obtained by an authenticated user; file contents are rendered into the returned video stream.
