SSRF and file read in Jellyfin before 10.11.7 allow remote authenticated users to steal administrator tokens through a crafted M3U tuner. The LiveTV tuner endpoint accepts an unvalidated URL; M3uParser fetches HTTP targets or opens non-HTTP paths, and crafted channel paths are later streamed as files. Default Live TV Management permission makes the endpoint reachable to new non-administrator accounts, while database exfiltration exposes reusable administrator session tokens and enables account escalation.
