Authenticated JavaScript execution via unescaped ticket ID

Reflected XSS in Open ISES Tickets before 3.44.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary JavaScript via a crafted URL. single.php places the ticket_id GET value directly inside an HTML attribute without numeric conversion or context-appropriate escaping. A victim must visit the attacker-crafted URL while using the application; the payload then runs in that victim's browser session.
