Session hijacking via refresh token query exposure

Information disclosure in Nhost Auth before 0.48.0 allows attackers to obtain OAuth refresh tokens from callback URLs. The signinProviderProviderCallback function adds session.RefreshToken to the redirect query string, exposing it to browser history and infrastructure logs. A token thief must access those developer-controlled records and redeem the one-time token before the client to hijack the session.
