SSRF via unvalidated api_base fallback URL

SSRF in PraisonAI before 4.5.90 allows remote attackers to reach server-accessible hosts through a crafted api_base value. The passthrough() and apassthrough() fallback concatenates api_base with endpoint and sends the result to httpx without validating its scheme, host, or address. Exploitation requires the litellm path to raise AttributeError; the default unauthenticated Flask API exposure permits access to internal services and cloud metadata credentials.
