Local file inclusion in WebGeniusLab Thegov Core before 2.0.23 allows remote attackers to include arbitrary local server files. Patchstack and the CNA record do not disclose the affected function, request parameter, or exact missing filename validation. Exploitation requires no account and an includable file containing executable PHP; successful inclusion runs code in the WordPress server context or exposes readable file contents.
