Missing authorization in Zammad 7.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to expose inaccessible context data through AI text tools. The POST /api/v1/ai_assistance/text_tools/:id endpoint adds referenced group or organization data to an AI prompt without checking the current user's access. Reachability requires ticket.agent permission; the bounded impact is disclosure of otherwise unauthorized context through the AI interaction.
