Stored XSS via unescaped SNAT remarks
Published Apr 2, 2026 · Updated Apr 2, 2026
Stored XSS in Endian Firewall 3.3.25 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject JavaScript through snat.cgi remarks. /cgi-bin/snat.cgi stores the remark parameter and later renders it to other users without neutralizing executable browser content. Access to the management interface and a victim viewing the affected SNAT page are required; the script runs in that viewer's browser context.
