Browser-context script execution via stored routing remark
Published Apr 2, 2026 · Updated Apr 2, 2026
Stored XSS in Endian Community Firewall 3.3.25 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript in other users' browsers. The routing.cgi handler stores the remark parameter without preventing executable content from being rendered when the affected routing page is viewed. Exploitation requires an authenticated account and another user to open that page; the reported impact is limited to confidentiality and integrity in the viewing browser context.
