OS command injection in Endian Community Firewall 3.3.25 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary OS commands. The DATE value in /cgi-bin/logs_proxy.cgi forms a file path passed to Perl open(), while an incomplete regular expression leaves command metacharacters effective. Access to an authenticated management session is required, after which injected commands run on the firewall operating system.
