Arbitrary file write via unsanitized output paths

Path traversal in Ferret before 2.0.0-alpha.4 allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files via crafted filenames from scraped sites. IO::FS::WRITE passes an operator-constructed path containing website-controlled ../ components directly to os.OpenFile without path confinement or traversal rejection. Exploitation requires an operator to scrape the malicious site and incorporate its returned filenames into output paths; attacker-controlled content can then replace cron, SSH, shell-profile, or web-root files and execute code with Ferret's filesystem permissions.
