Unauthenticated SSRF via unrestricted Redux proxy

SSRF in Content Syndication Toolkit 1.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to read responses from arbitrary server-side requests. The unauthenticated redux_p AJAX endpoint passes the url query value through Redux_P::proxy() to wp_remote_request() under an unrestricted match and returns the response. No authentication, nonce, or URL restriction is required, exposing reachable internal services, ports, and cloud metadata endpoints to reading or modification.
