Crash or memory corruption via stale permission callback

Use-after-free in Electron allows remote attackers to crash affected desktop apps or corrupt memory through asynchronous permission requests. A pending session.setPermissionRequestHandler callback retains a frame or window reference that is freed when the frame navigates or the window closes, then dereferences it when invoked. Exposure requires an app to install that handler, answer asynchronously, and process a fullscreen, pointer-lock, or keyboard-lock request; apps without the handler or with synchronous responses are unaffected.
