Crash or memory corruption via dangling PowerMonitor references

Use-after-free in affected Electron releases allows local users to crash apps or corrupt memory through powerMonitor events. The native PowerMonitor object can be garbage-collected while a Windows message window or macOS shutdown handler retains a dangling reference that later dereferences freed memory. Exploitation requires a vulnerable app to access powerMonitor and a later session change or shutdown; renderer content cannot directly trigger the flaw.
