Authenticated subscription cancellation via debug endpoint

Missing authorization in AVideo 26.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to cancel arbitrary Stripe subscriptions. The StripeYPT test.php endpoint accepts a caller-supplied payload after checking only for a logged-in session, and retrieveSubscriptions() calls Stripe's cancel operation instead of returning the subscription. Any regular account can trigger the operation without administrator privileges, terminating another user's paid access and reducing platform subscription revenue.
