Authenticated file disclosure via user-controlled file IDs

Authorization bypass in Mattermost allows remote authenticated users to download files belonging to other users or teams via Boards API requests. The Boards API accepts a valid, user-controlled file ID without verifying that the requesting user owns the file or may access its team. A valid account and file ID are required; affected releases span 10.11.0 through 10.11.14, 11.4.0 through 11.4.4, 11.5.0 through 11.5.3, and 11.6.0.
