Arbitrary file deletion via unsanitized media path

Path traversal in phpMyFAQ before 4.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary server files through the media browser. MediaBrowserController::index() concatenates the user-controlled name with the upload directory and passes the unresolved path to unlink(), while its HTML-character filter leaves ../ sequences intact. Direct exploitation requires FAQ-edit permission; alternatively, remote attackers can induce an authenticated administrator to submit the CSRF request, causing file loss or an application outage.
