Command execution via tabpanel modeline sandbox escape

OS command injection in Vim before 9.2.0272 allows attackers to execute commands when a local user opens a crafted file. A tabpanel modeline accepts a %{expr} string without the P_MLE gate, and autocmd_add() registers an autocommand without check_secure(), letting it fire after sandbox evaluation ends. The default modeline setting and standard +tabpanel builds are exposed; opening the file is the required user action, and commands run with the Vim process privileges.
