Authenticated host command execution via Nixpacks install command

OS command injection in Coolify before 4.0.0-beta.470 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands on deployment hosts. In ApplicationDeploymentJob.php, nixpacks_build_cmd() places install_command inside a double-quoted shell argument without escaping, then executeInDocker() passes the result to bash -c. A user able to create or manage a project and deploy it with Nixpacks can break out of the argument and run arbitrary commands with host-level privileges.
