Command execution via mixed-entity attribute escaping bypass

Stored XSS in SiYuan Desktop before 3.6.2 allows attackers to execute operating-system commands after a crafted .sy.zip note is imported and opened. The escapeNodeAttributeValues path treats the presence of any recognized HTML entity as proof that the entire raw Kramdown IAL value is safe, leaving an adjacent quote unescaped before the renderer places the value in an HTML attribute. Importing and opening attacker-supplied content is required; the resulting event handler runs through the Electron renderer with Node API access under the victim's account.
