A divide-by-zero flaw in iccDEV before 2.3.1.6 allows local users to crash iccTiffDump by supplying a crafted TIFF file. TiffImg.h lines 98 and 99 divide by TIFF resolution values without first rejecting zero or negative values. The file must be processed by iccTiffDump; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash, with no confidentiality or integrity impact reported.
