Authenticated XCom disclosure via missing endpoint permission check

Authorization bypass in Apache Airflow 3.0.0 through 3.1.8 allows remote authenticated users to read XCom results via DagRun wait. The wait_dag_run_until_finished route returns result-selected task XCom values after checking only DAG Run read permission, omitting FAB's separate XCom authorization. A Viewer-level account can retrieve sensitive execution results for readable DAGs without gaining write access or service control.
