Process crash via unchecked recursive argument counting

Uncontrolled recursion in iccDEV before 2.3.1.6 allows local users to crash profile-processing applications with a crafted ICC profile. SIccCalcOp::ArgsUsed() increments a 32-bit argument-usage count without first comparing it with the operation count, enabling overflow and unbounded recursive processing that exhausts the stack. Exploitation requires a target application to process the malicious profile; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
