CVE-2026-34487Network attack vector

Kubernetes bearer-token disclosure via unsafe logging

Published Apr 9, 2026 · Updated Apr 9, 2026

Sensitive-data logging in affected Apache Tomcat 9, 10, and 11 releases allows attackers to read a Kubernetes bearer token. AbstractStreamProvider writes connection headers to debug logs, while TokenStreamProvider embeds the raw token in failed-connection exceptions. Exposure requires Kubernetes cloud membership plus debug logging or a connection failure, after which anyone with log access can recover the service-account credential.
