CVE-2026-34454

Session reuse via uncleared sign-in cookie

Published Apr 14, 2026 · Updated Apr 14, 2026

Insufficient session expiration in OAuth2 Proxy 7.11.0 through 7.15.1 allows physically proximate attackers to reuse authenticated sessions. The SignInPage handler renders the sign-in page without calling the session store's cookie-clearing operation, leaving the prior authentication cookie valid. Exploitation requires a deployment that treats the sign-in page as logout and later physical access to the same browser or shared device; dedicated sign-out flows are unaffected.
