Protected content disclosure via nil authorization context

Incorrect authorization in SiYuan before 3.6.2 allows remote attackers to read protected bookmarked blocks through the publish service. The getBookmark handler passes a nil request context to FilterBlocksByPublishAccess, which treats nil as authorized and skips the publish-password cookie check. The publish service must be reachable, and a protected document must contain a bookmarked block; exposure is limited to bookmarked content.
